You shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us by email to within 14 days if you wish to return the Goods with a reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, the Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The Goods must be in the original packaging and in a resellable state. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase
If you fail to do so, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to your fault, you will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.



The Buyer may cancel the order for Goods that are usually in stock for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full.

For bespoke made to order Goods, the Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point where the Seller places any orders with external Suppliers. Any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded minus any costs the Seller has already incurred.



Once we receive the Goods, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Goods. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the Goods. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All refunds will be completed within 28 days.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Goods. We recommend the Goods be adequately insured for the return journey Shipping costs are non-refundable except where a claim of defect or damage is made and upheld, any return postal charges will be refunded if the Goods are in fact defective.
